Strawberry & Dark Chocolate S'Mores

Transform a strawberry into a juicy s’more by dipping in melted marshmallow cream and toasting by the fire. Dip in a simple yet decadent chocolate sauce and then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. The hardest part will be getting your hands on one before they’re all eaten!


  • 20 to 22 skewers
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 package (16 ounces) Driscoll’s Strawberries, long stem if available
  • 3 graham crackers, crushed
