YUM! I had this recipe last night for dinner with my family. We used thin chicken breast, instead of cutting 8oz breast in half like she recommends but other than that I stuck to the recipe all the way and it was a delicious alternative. Also, it was quick and easy! I threw some pasta sauce on the stove and Capellini pasta while the chicken cooked, the whole meal was done in 45 minutes!
