Patriotic Puppy Chow

This puppy chow isn’t for puppies and the kiddos will love making it!
Patriotic Puppy Chow by sweetasacookie.com | There's nothing more American than red, white and blue. This puppy chow screams 4th of july and tastes like vanilla and strawberries. In my opinion there's nothing better.
RED
  1. 1 cup red (vanilla flavored) candy wafers
  2. 3 tbs. vegetable oil
  3. 3/4 cup Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix
  4. 4-5 cups rice Chex cereal
  5. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
WHITE
  1. 1 cup white (vanilla flavored) candy wafers
  2. 3 tbs. vegetable oil
  3. 3/4 cup Duncan Hines white cake mix
  4. 4-5 cups rice Chex cereal
  5. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
BLUE
  1. 1 cup dark blue (vanilla flavored) candy wafers
  2. 3 tbs. vegetable oil
  3. 3/4 cup Duncan Hines white cake mix
  4. 4-5 cups rice Chex cereal
  5. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
