Downtown Livermore is hosting their 4th Annual Downtown Halloween Carnival from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The activities are geared for families with children in the 5th grade and younger! Kids will enjoy the Costume Contest, Carnival Games, Activities and some Surprise Entertainment.
