Ingredients

4 ounces thin whole-wheat spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green or red pepper
1/2 pound lean ground turkey
1 cup canned chopped tomatoes, no salt added, undrained
1/4 cup tomato paste, no salt added
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
