Chickpea and Feta Dip

what you need

cans (15 oz. each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
2/3
cup ATHENOS Traditional CrumbledFeta Cheese, divided
1/3
cup drained roasted red pepperstrips, divided
1
clove garlic

Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1
tsp. toasted sesame oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
TRISCUIT Crackers

 PLACE chickpeas, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/4 cup peppers and next 4 ingredients in the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth.

SPOON into serving bowl. Top with remaining cheese and peppers. Serve with TRISCUIT Crackers.

SUBSTITUTE
Serve with TRISCUIT Thin Crisps or WHEAT THINS Crunch Stix – Honey Wheat.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with cut-up vegetable dippers in addition to the crackers.
